What type of roles will you recruit for as part of my subscription?

What happens if I want to hire more technology professionals than the subscription provides?

In this instance, we will charge you a reduced fee of £6,000 for each technology hire above the number provided by your subscription. The assumption here is you are growing faster and being more successful than you anticipated in the first year of the subscription. Otherwise, we would encourage you to take advantage and to benefit from the incremental discount of 10% for every 5 hires you commit to in advance that will then form part of your monthly subscription from the start.

I am a Series C or D funded business – can you help me with all the benefits of an exclusive partnership?

As part of an exclusive partnership, what are the service levels you provide on delivery?

As with any growth partnership, the levels of communication and insight are critical to its success. You will receive monthly updates on the employer branded multi-channel campaign to see how your brand and product is developing with your target communities. When it comes to talent acquisition, our expert consultants will provide you with market feedback within the first 48 hours of a key technology hire role going to market, and a shortlist would be delivered within 10 working days maximum. This can equally be an on-going talent journey to ensure we attract not only the best talent on the market, but equally the best passive talent who we have engaged with around your purpose, growth plans and product or service. In addition, depending on your scale, monthly or quarterly on-site meetings will take place with our experts to ensure you are accessing all our forthcoming talent network events and opportunities.

What is the minimum term of the Rise partnership?

Given the nature of the solution we provide, we would expect this to be a minimum 12 month contract to ensure you gain maximum benefit for the core components of the service. Our vision, however, is to build long term partnerships to support you on your scaling journey.
